Hey Jim and Cindy – This is Mark from Dubois – We loved Dubois so much went back there again a couple of weeks ago.
We are heading to the Wyoming State Fair tomorrow and through the weekend and hoping to take in the perseids meteor show while we are in the middle of nowhere.
Hope you all are doing well.
-Mark- and Gayle Puett-
Hi Mark and Gayle! It’s great to hear from you. That’s awesome that you returned to Dubois, and I hope you had a successful viewing of the Perseids. We are doing well; trying to beat the heat (triple-digits, ouch!) currently in Page AZ (Lake Powell). We’ve stayed a week here and did Antelope Canyon (a must-see if you’ve not been), and yesterday rented a boat and got to play out on the Lake. Tomorrow we head out for more fun with the rest of the Mighty 5 Utah Parks (did Zion before Page). We travel to Bryce, then Capitol Reef, then Arches and CanyonLands. Our planned 7 month trip is in month 5 now and we’re loving it. Making our way Eastward now to land back in FL in late October. We will be planning our Year 2 itinerary at that point, and we do hope to return to Dubois in 2023!
Hope you guys are doing good too. Safe Travels!!! ~ Cindy and Jim
